Refund Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURN POLICY

(As Presented to Customers at Time of Booking)

1. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE

At FlightsNetwork.co.in, we are committed to providing transparent and competitive travel solutions. All fares offered are subject to specific rules and restrictions, which are clearly displayed to customers before they confirm their booking.

By completing a booking with FlightsNetwork.co.in, the customer expressly agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. FARE TYPES – DEFINITIONS

2.1 NON-REFUNDABLE FARE (STANDARD)

This is the default fare type offered by FlightsNetwork.co.in and most airlines.

  • ✅ Customer accepts that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal or family emergencies

    • Medical reasons

    • Inability to obtain visa or travel documents

    • Inability to travel for any reason whatsoever


2.2 FLEXIBLE FARE (WHERE OFFERED – AT HIGHER COST)

If a flexible fare option is selected and paid for by the customer:

IMPORTANT: Flexible fares are explicitly offered as a higher-priced option. If a customer chooses a non-refundable fare, they have knowingly accepted the lower price in exchange for a non-refundable ticket.


3. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & POLICY ACCEPTANCE

3.1 Booking Confirmation Contains Clear Notice

Every booking confirmation issued by FlightsNetwork.co.in explicitly states the fare type. For example:

This clear labeling ensures the customer is fully aware of the fare rules before and after payment.

3.2 Checkout Acceptance

Customers are required to affirmatively accept our terms before completing payment. The following statement is displayed at checkout:

"By proceeding with this booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the FlightsNetwork.co.in Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy. You acknowledge that the fare selected is NON-REFUNDABLE and that no refund will be provided for cancellation."

Customer action: By entering payment details and completing the transaction, the customer provides digital consent to these terms.


4. CANCELLATION & REFUND PROCEDURE

4.1 For Non-Refundable Fares

  • NO REFUND is available for any voluntary cancellation.

  • The full ticket price is forfeited.

  • Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

4.2 For Flexible Fares (Where Selected)

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@flightsnetwork.co.in.

  • Refund amount = Total Fare Paid – Airline Cancellation Penalty – FlightsNetwork.co.in Service Fee.

  • Refunds are processed only after the airline confirms the refund to us.

4.3 No-Show Policy

  • Failure to check-in without prior cancellation = No Refund.

  • Remaining flight segments are automatically cancelled.


5. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK POLICY

5.1 Customer Obligation Before Chargeback

Before filing a chargeback with their bank, the customer must first contact FlightsNetwork.co.in to attempt resolution. This is a requirement under card network rules (Visa/Mastercard).

5.2 Consequences of Invalid Chargeback

If a customer files a chargeback despite:

  • Having purchased a non-refundable fare;

  • Having received the services (e-tickets);

  • Having acknowledged receipt and satisfaction;

  • Having never contacted us to request a refund;

...then the following actions apply:

5.3 Fraudulent Chargeback – Legal Recourse

Filing a fraudulent chargeback constitutes:

  • A breach of contract

  • Misrepresentation

  • Potential criminal fraud

FlightsNetwork.co.in reserves the right to:

  • Report the matter to relevant authorities.

  • Take legal action to recover all amounts, fees, and costs.


6. EVIDENCE OF POLICY ACCEPTANCE

6.1 Booking Confirmation

The booking confirmation sent to the customer includes:

  • ✅ Fare Type clearly stated as "Non-Refundable"

  • ✅ Total Price – confirming the amount charged

  • ✅ Itinerary Details – confirming services provided

6.2 Customer Communication

The customer's email responses confirm:

  • ✅ Receipt of booking confirmation

  • ✅ Receipt of e-tickets

  • ✅ Satisfaction with the service provided


7. CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE

7.1 Date/Route Changes (Non-Refundable Fares)

  • Changes are permitted only if:

    • Requested in writing at least 5 hours prior to scheduled departure.

    • Approved by the airline.

    • Applicable fees are paid by the customer.

  • Changes are subject to:

    • Airline change fees

    • Fare difference (if higher fare applies)

    • FlightsNetwork.co.in service fee of NZD 50 per passenger per change

7.2 Name Changes

  • Not permitted on non-refundable fares.

  • For flexible fares, subject to airline approval and applicable fees.


8. AIRLINE-INITIATED CHANGES

8.1 Cancellations or Rescheduling by Airline

If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules a flight:

  • Passengers are entitled to:

    • Rebooking on an alternative flight (subject to availability).

    • Full refund of the unused portion of the ticket.

  • Passengers must contact sales@flightsnetwork.co.in immediately.

8.2 Customer Responsibility

  • Passengers are responsible for checking flight status.

  • FlightsNetwork.co.in is not liable for costs incurred due to:

    • Flight delays

    • Missed connections

    • Denied boarding

    • Force majeure events


9. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION

We strongly recommend all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

What Travel Insurance Covers:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Flight delays or cancellations

Travel insurance provides financial protection against circumstances that may otherwise result in non-refundable losses.


10. TERMS OF SERVICE – LEGAL ENFORCEABILITY

10.1 Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed between FlightsNetwork.co.in and the customer when:

  • The customer selects a fare;

  • The customer accepts our terms at checkout;

  • The customer provides payment;

  • We confirm the booking and issue e-tickets.

10.2 Customer Representations

By completing this booking, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • They have read and understood this policy.

  • They have the authority to enter into this contract.

  • They accept the terms as final and binding.


11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This policy and all bookings made with FlightsNetwork.co.in shall be governed by the laws of Moga . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moga.
