1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Us" refers to Flightsnetwork.co.in
• "User", "You", "Customer" refers to the person using or booking from our website.
• "Supplier" refers to third-party airlines, hotels, transport providers, and DMCs.
• "Customized Package" refers to packages where itinerary, inclusions and price can be modified as per customer request.
• "Fixed Package" refers to packages with fixed itinerary, departure date, and inclusions.

3. Services Offered

Flightsnetwork.co.in is an online travel portal providing:
a) Flight bookings (Domestic & International)
b) Hotel bookings
c) Holiday Packages (Customized and Fixed) - Domestic and International
d) Visa assistance, travel insurance and other ancillary services.

We act only as an intermediary / facilitator between you and the Suppliers. We are not the direct service provider for flights, hotels or sightseeing.

4. Holiday Packages - Specific Terms

As seen on our admin panel, all holiday packages are governed by:

a) Package Name, Slug & Image: All package details are for representation purposes. Actual hotel/flight names will be confirmed in the final voucher.

b) Departure Date: For Fixed packages, departure date is mandatory and binding. For Customized packages like your Fiji package (e.g., 08 Sep 2027), the date is tentative and subject to flight/hotel availability. The error "The Departure Date field is required" in our system is for internal validation only.

c) No. of Nights & Starting Price: The price displayed (e.g., INR 150000 for 3 Nights Fiji) is a Starting Price Amount per person on twin sharing basis. It is not the final price.

d) Price on Request vs Book Online: If a package is marked "Price on Request", final price will be quoted after customization. If "Book Online" is enabled, you can pay instantly, but the booking is still subject to supplier confirmation.

e) Package Includes: Inclusions (e.g., 9 selected) will be explicitly listed in the final quote/voucher. Any service not mentioned in inclusions is deemed excluded.

f) TCS Rate: As per Government of India rules under LRS, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) @ 5%/12%/20% as applicable will be charged extra on international packages. For your Fiji package, TCS @ 12% will be applicable and is over and above the package price. TCS is non-refundable and credit can be claimed while filing ITR.

g) Passport & PAN Card Requirement: For international packages, Passport is mandatory for all travelers including child/infant. For packages where TCS is applicable, PAN Card is mandatory for Adult as per Income Tax Act. If you check "Passport Required" or "PAN Required" boxes, you must provide the same before final ticketing.

5. Booking and Payment

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from suppliers.
2. Prices are dynamic and may change until full payment is received.
3. Full payment must be made as per the Payment Structure shared. For Customized packages, 50% advance is required to start bookings.
4. We accept payment via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards.

6. Cancellation, Refund and Amendment Policy

a) Flights & Hotels: As per airline/hotel cancellation policy. Low-cost carrier tickets are non-refundable in most cases.
b) Holiday Packages:

• 30+ days before departure: 25% of package cost + actual flight cancellation charges
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of package cost
• 0-15 days before departure: 100% - No Refund
• TCS amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Amendments to Customized packages are allowed subject to availability and amendment charges.

Refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment mode.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing correct names as per Passport, correct DOB, and contact details.
• Obtaining valid Passport (with min 6 months validity), Visa, and travel insurance.
• Checking travel advisories, health requirements and entry rules for destination like Fiji.
• Respecting "Show on Home" and "Domestic" classification - Domestic packages do not require passport, International ones do.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flightsnetwork.co.in shall not be liable for any delay, loss, injury, or damage caused due to reasons beyond our control including but not limited to natural calamity, airline delays, political unrest, or supplier defaults. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images (e.g., holidays-hero-banner.jpg), logo, and design is the property of Flightsnetwork.co.in and cannot be copied without permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab / Hamilton, Australia where our registered office is located.
